HÀ NỘI — Việt Nam won two silver medals at the Asian Xiangqi Championship, which closed in Malaysia on Friday.

Nguyễn Thị Hoàng Yến came in second in the women’s individual category after five wins, one draw and one loss. She was defeated by China’s Chen Xing Lin, who later won the championship. Hong Kong’s Lam Ka Yan took the bronze medal.
